The digital scale is designed for accurate weighing across a wide range of everyday kitchen, baking, portioning, and measuring tasks. With a weighing capacity from 0.5 g up to 5 kg, or 11 lb, it is suitable for small ingredient measurements as well as larger items. Its 0.1 g and 0.001 oz resolution allows precise readings, making it useful for baking, cooking, counting items, and measuring ingredients where accuracy matters.

This scale features an extra-large 18.3 x 18.3 cm weighing platform, making it easier to weigh larger items without covering the display or buttons. The stainless steel platform is durable, easy to wipe clean, and includes a blue protective film that can be removed before use. The full-size backlit display measures 6.8 x 3.3 cm and is made for clear viewing from different angles, helping the reading remain visible even in darker areas.

The includes multiple weighing and measuring options, with unit conversion between g, kg, ml, oz, lb, lb:oz, milk ml, and l'oz. It also includes a tare function for removing the weight of containers, a counting function for quantity-based measuring, a calibration function, and a percentage function that helps bakers and baking users work with ingredient ratios without manually calculating gram weights.

The hold function is designed for items weighing 50 g or more. When the HOLD button is selected, the display shows H-ON, allowing the result to remain visible after a large item is removed from the platform if the item was blocking the screen during weighing. This makes it easier to read measurements when using oversized bowls, containers, or ingredients.

The scale can be powered in two ways, using its built-in rechargeable lithium battery through the Type-C USB connection or by using 2 AAA batteries. It can also be used while connected by USB. If the rechargeable battery is not charged, ordinary AAA batteries can be used instead. The auto-off function powers the scale down after 3 minutes without operation, and this standby time can be adjusted or cancelled by following the instruction manual.

A 100 g calibration weight is supplied and stored on the back of the scale, allowing calibration to be carried out when needed. The package also includes a USB cable, 2 AAA batteries, and an instruction manual. The products currently being sold do not include plastic containers, as these have been excluded to reduce package volume and shipping costs.

For proper care, the scale should be cleaned using a damp cloth. It should not be rinsed directly under water. The minimum weighing point is 0.5 g, and the full measuring range is 0.5 g to 5 kg.
