Track your order status

If you provided an email address during checkout, your shipping confirmation email contains a View your order link. Click that to view your latest order status, fulfilment updates, and any tracking number provided by the carrier.

Track directly with the carrier

If your order has been dispatched, your tracking number has been sent by email and SMS. If you did not provide an email address, your tracking number has been sent by SMS only. You can use that tracking number to track your parcel directly with the relevant carrier.
