The ASUS TUF GAMING B650E-E WIFI, model 90MB1LT0-M0EAY0, is an ATX motherboard built around the AMD B650 chipset and Socket AM5 platform. Designed for systems using compatible AMD Ryzen 7000, 8000 or 9000 Series processors, it combines DDR5 memory support, PCIe expansion, multiple M.2 and SATA storage connections, integrated wired and wireless networking, extensive USB connectivity and 8-channel HD Audio. Display connectivity is also provided for supported processors with onboard graphics capability, with both HDMI and DisplayPort interfaces available.

Memory support is provided through four 288-pin DIMM slots with a maximum capacity of 256 GB of DDR5 SDRAM. The board uses a dual-channel memory architecture and supports a 4000 MHz overclocked memory bus clock. Its memory capabilities include unbuffered modules, non-ECC, on-die ECC and ECC integrity options, together with AMD EXPO technology and ASUS Enhanced Memory Profile technology. These memory features provide the platform required for configuring compatible high-performance DDR5 memory while retaining support for the memory technologies specified for the motherboard.

Power delivery is handled by an 8+2+1 phase design alongside ASUS DIGI+ VRM technology. The motherboard connects to the power supply through a 24-pin main power connector as well as 4-pin and 8-pin ATX12V connections. Thermal management around key components includes a dedicated VRM heatsink design and an M.2 heatsink, helping manage operating temperatures around the power-delivery and M.2 storage areas during demanding system workloads.

Storage expansion covers both SATA and M.2 devices. Four SATA-600 connectors are provided, with AMD RAID Xpert2 technology and support for RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 10 and RAID 5 configurations. Three M.2 sockets are available in total. Two accommodate 2280 M.2 devices, while another supports the 22110 M.2 Key M format. Storage connectivity includes one PCIe 5.0 M.2 connection and two PCIe 4.0 M.2 connections, giving builders a combination of current PCIe storage interfaces and conventional SATA connectivity within the same system.

The expansion layout includes two PCIe 4.0 x16 slots and one PCIe 4.0 x1 slot in addition to the four DIMM slots and three M.2 sockets. ASUS also incorporates hardware features intended to support system assembly and component protection, including ASUS SafeSlot, Q-DIMM, Q-Slot, Q-LED Core and ASUS EZ DIY. ASUS 5X Protection III, LANGuard, overvoltage protection and a stainless-steel rear I/O are also part of the motherboard's hardware feature set.

External device connectivity includes a broad selection of USB standards. The rear interface configuration provides one USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 port, one USB 3.2 Gen 2 port, three USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports and three USB 2.0 ports. Additional case and system connectivity can be provided through internal headers, comprising one USB-C 3.2 Gen 2x2 header, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 headers and four USB 2.0 headers. Internal serial and audio headers are also included. This combination gives a system builder access to both USB-C and USB Type-A connectivity across multiple USB generations while also supporting additional connections through a compatible chassis.

Network connectivity is available through both wired and wireless interfaces. The integrated Ethernet connection operates at 2.5 Gigabit speeds, while wireless networking supports the 802.11a, 802.11b, 802.11g, 802.11n, 802.11ac and 802.11ax standards, with 802.11ax providing Wi-Fi 6E capability. Bluetooth 5.3 is integrated for compatible wireless peripherals and devices. Two aerial connections are provided on the motherboard, and an ASUS Wi-Fi Q-antenna is supplied in the package.

Audio is handled by an integrated 8-channel HD Audio system compliant with the High Definition Audio standard. The rear connections include audio line-out, microphone and audio line-in mini-jacks, while an internal audio header is available for compatible chassis connections. DTS Audio Processing is also among the supplied software.

The motherboard uses an AMI BIOS and supports Wake on LAN and wake on PME functionality. BIOS-related and installation features include a BIOS FlashBack button and BIOS FlashBack LED, while ASUS Q-Antenna, Q-DIMM, Q-LED Core and Q-Slot features form part of the wider ASUS installation and system-management feature set. ASUS Fan Xpert 4 is included in the supplied software collection for fan-related system functionality.

What happens if I miss my delivery

Orders valued at €100 or less:

If you chose DPD for your delivery, you will receive another email and/or SMS on the day that your parcel is "Out for Delivery" letting you know the time, within an hour or so, to expect the DPD driver. If you chose AnPost for your delivery, you can check the AnPost tracking website the next working day to see if your parcel has been put out for delviery by AnPost, you can then expect delivery at the usual time your AnPost delivery person passes through your area. Please note, unexpected issues with transportation, roads, traffic, and weather can affect this estimated delivery date/time.

• If nobody is home to accept, inspect, and sign for the delivery, DPD / AnPost may, if appropriate, leave your parcel in a "safe place". If there is no "Safe place" available, the parcel will be returned to your local DPD / AnPost depot, you can then arrange a re-delivery date with DPD / AnPost.
